This poem is great for a long-time friend or a new relationship; why not print it out and add it to a light-hearted gift or card? When I saw this verse, I immediately thought of my daughter and her best friend, Shea.
If I say so myself, my daughter is very beautiful, and Shea is adorable as well. They are always together at school; they spend every recess together, eat lunch together, and play together after school every day. They are really a sweet pair, and they always have so much fun.
I hope that they will be friends forever; everyone should have a childhood friend who knows them inside and out. I printed out this poem as a sort of memento of their friendship; I made two copies, added a picture of the two of them together, and had the whole thing custom framed.
One of them hangs on our wall at home, and I gave the other to Shea's mom as a gift. She was delighted, and said she will keep at as a treasured memory of her daughter's childhood.
