What would I do?

What would I do without you, friend?
You're everything I need,
And through the years you've been so kind,
A loving friend indeed.

What would I do without our talks?
They fill me up inside,
And with you I can be myself,
I have nothing to hide.

What would I do without our jokes?
Our laughter and our glee,
Without you life would simply seem
As boring as can be!

Can you think of anything better in life than having good friends who really care? I know that my friends and loved ones are the most important people in the world to me, and I would do anything for them at any time. You can celebrate the gift of friendship with original friendship poetry.

I met one of my really good friends at the gym where we both worked out. We struck up a conversation on the exercise bikes, and I don't think we have stopped talking since then. We celebrate holidays together, our kids go to school together, and we share pretty much everything.

We have been friends for ten years now, and I wanted to give her a special gift to let her know how much her friendship has meant to me all this time. We planned a day out for just the two of us, with manicures, pedicures, and a late lunch at our favorite café.

I got her a gift of a figurine she had admired, and I included this poem in the gift bag. She was so touched and moved that I had made this small gesture as a token of our friendship. You can show the people who are close to you how much you care with a special poem for a friend like this one.
