Writing poems for friends is really fun. I've been doing it for a while now, and I'm still enjoying it quite a bit.
Cherish Most
Tears of laughter or tears of pain,
Through all of the sunshine and all of the rain,
Always a car ride or plane trip away,
A true friend is there for you every day.
Just like a rainbow after a storm,
A good friend can make you feel cozy and warm.
Like soft fuzzy slippers for two tired feet,
The way friends help each other just cannot be beat.
So no matter the distance or even the weather,
Our friendship will be there forever and ever,
Allow me then, to propose a toast,
For friendship with you is what I cherish most.
